After receiving financing confirmation, I had some challenges with my solar rep, Dillion, who unfortunately stopped responding to my questions. While I would rate that aspect a 1/5 stars, I want to highlight the positive side of my experience. The third-party contractors that Monalee hired were fantastic. They were friendly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and left the place clean after the installation. I was also pleased to hear that they plan to send someone to paint the conduit once my inspection is scheduled. Overall, I’m feeling optimistic about the process so far.
